House rules & useful information:

1. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking is permitted on the property.
2. Dogs are allowed, but only if they are house-trained and well-behaved. Any damage caused by dogs will be charged. Any droppings and mess must be cleaned up immediately.
3. No wild parties.
4. Please close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
5. Please turn off the heating when you leave the apartment.
6. Theft is prohibited and will be punished with monetary compensation.
7. Willful destruction is prohibited. Please report any damage to objects immediately.
8. The used grill must always be completely cleaned, otherwise a fee of €25 will apply.
9. The property is very close to the lake, so there may be an increased number of insects.
