An ideal place for anyone who enjoys kayaking, canoeing, or boating. The lake is freely accessible at several locations and is perfect for water activities.

During the season, boats and other equipment can be rented at the nearby campsite (just 200 meters away). Anglers can purchase a fishing license from the fisherman, or at the campsite during the season.

Swimming for All

The pristine lake invites not only exciting water activities but also swimming. Many enjoy a refreshing dip here daily amidst the beautiful natural surroundings. A swimming area is located about 400 meters from the accommodations.

Four-legged friends will also get their money's worth - a small dog bathing area is only about 300 meters away and offers the perfect place to cool off.

Pure nature

The accommodations are nestled in an idyllic landscape of lakes and forests and offer an oasis of peace and relaxation.

During the season, a kiosk is available at the nearby campsite, while the nearest restaurant is located in Klein Upahl. Here, you can escape from everyday life, unwind, and enjoy the untouched nature to the fullest.

Land activities

There's plenty to discover not only on the water, but also on land. The picturesque surroundings invite you to cycle, walk, and hike, while adventure seekers can enjoy exciting quad bike tours through forests and fields.

Dogs will also find plenty of space here – there's plenty of room to romp and play outdoors. Those who want to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere can enjoy a barbecue on the property, as each apartment has its own grill.



For horse lovers, there is also a riding stable just 1 km away where riding lessons can be booked – perfect for beginners and experienced riders alike.

Ostsee

Our accommodations are only about a 50-minute drive from Warnemünde – a trip to the Baltic Sea is definitely worth it! Besides Warnemünde, other beautiful beaches, such as Markgrafenheide and Graal-Müritz, also invite you to linger.



Warnemünde is a true paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts, as well as for shopping and culinary lovers. The charming promenade, the historic lighthouse, and the maritime flair make this coastal town a perfect day trip destination.

Nearby cities

Just 15 minutes away are the towns of Krakow am See and Güstrow, where all your daily shopping needs can be easily taken care of. Krakow, an idyllic spa town, even offers grocery shopping on Sundays during the season.

Güstrow boasts a historic old town, interesting museums, an impressive wildlife park and a swimming pool – perfect for a variety of activities, even in bad weather.



For even more excursion options, the state capital of Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar are just about 40 minutes away. Both cities offer a variety of cultural and historical highlights as well as a unique maritime flair.

Exciting

A special highlight for the whole family is Karls Erlebnisdorf in Rövershagen, where young and old alike get their money's worth.

Those seeking adventure can let off steam in the high ropes course in Markgrafenheide, which delights both children and adults.

Rostock also offers numerous leisure activities – from tennis and mini golf to an exciting trampoline park and the Rostock Zoo, which fascinates with its impressive animal world.



Animal lovers will also enjoy a visit to Marlow Bird Park, where numerous exotic and native bird species can be admired in natural enclosures.

Very relaxing location. Perfect for my dog, too. We had peace and quiet and lots of fun.

Our plan was a family trip to the lake, and it worked 110%. Lake View 1 was perfect for us – the kids had a blast swimming in the lake.

I love going for walks. I was able to do this extensively, and the many lakes were impressive. Afterwards, I could always relax in my cozy apartment.
